π The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible:

Product used / washed / with perfume / stains

Tags removed or packaging missing

Clearance sale / discounted items

Free gifts or complimentary items

We currentlyΒ offer refunds back to bank / original payment method.
Or
Β Refunds can be issued as Store Credit / Gift Card, valid for future purchases at MosaKila.
Store credit has no expiry.
π Exchange Process
After your exchange request is approved:

We will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable in your pincode)

Once the item is received & inspected, your exchange will be processed
If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse.
π Exchange Shipping Charges
To maintain product affordability for customers:

If the issue was from our side (wrong/defective item), no charges apply
π Exchange Processing Time

Reverse pickup: 2β5 business days

Quality check: 2β4 business days

Exchange dispatch: 2β4 business days
π Order Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed before dispatch only

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
For COD orders:

Cancellation without reason may affect eligibility for future COD orders
β Damaged or Missing Product Complaint
If your parcel is tampered/damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Parcel opening video (mandatory)

Photos of product and packaging
This is required to file a courier insurance claim.
