Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email or WhatsApp.
You can track your delivery anytime using the AWB / Tracking ID.

Standard delivery is FREE on prepaid orders above โ‚น1499.
For other orders, shipping charges will be shown during checkout based on your location.

Delivery time depends on location:

Metro Cities 3โ€“5 business days
Other Cities 4โ€“7 business days
Remote / Village Areas 5โ€“10 business days

๐Ÿ”น 4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on most pin codes across India.
If COD is not available for your area, our team will inform you.

We offer a 7-Day Easy Exchange for size issues.
To request an exchange, just contact us on WhatsApp or Email with:

  • Order Number

  • Product picture

  • Reason for exchange

Donโ€™t worry! We will fix it immediately ๐Ÿ’–
Share the product photo/video within 48 hours of delivery and we will:

โœ” Issue store credit (your choice)

We currently do not offer refunds back to the original payment mode.
Refunds are issued as Store Credit / Gift Card, which never expires and can be used anytime.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
